Lately HM Surf’s beatmaking and widespread presence on tastemaker mixtapes and compilations like Chillhop Essentials and Chilled Cow has been attracting the attention of bigger acts with a presence crossing over into the mainstream, landing him a cut on Ugly God’s “Booty Tape” (28 on Billboard 200) and collaboration with Doja Cat.
